Position Title Adult Education & Transition Services

Department Adult Ed and Transition Programs

• Act as receptionist for Adult Education (answering phone, basic questions, & front office greetings)
• Prepare outgoing and incoming packages/mail
• Check in and check out materials and technology
• Assist with organizing and processing orders of supplies/curricula materials
• Assist with preparing materials for registration sessions
• Assist adults with basic technical questions such as logging in to Kish emails and the Kish website
• Other office support as assigned

• Previous work experience in office or customer centered experiences
• Ability to organize work according to priorities
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to exercise good judgment
• Ability to understand and communicate the basics of Adult Education
• Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse population of staff and students at Kishwaukee College

Number of Hours Per Week 16

Days of Week Must be able to work the following days of the week
- Mondays through Thursdays
