Study Hall Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the position of Study Hall Supervisor at Clinton High School.

• Supervise students during study hall sessions, ensuring a focused and respectful atmosphere.
• Assist students with academic questions and provide guidance on study techniques and time management.
• Monitor student behavior and enforce school policies to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report any issues or concerns to appropriate staff members.
• Organize and implement study hall activities that promote engagement and academic success.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience working with high school students in an educational or supervisory role is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff.
• Ability to manage a diverse group of students and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and student needs.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
