Required:

** Illinois PEL with LBS1 Endorsement (must be active at time of submission)  
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide small group and individual instruction
* Implement IEPs and track student progress
* Attend IEP and staff meetings
* Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation

*** Valid Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement
* Passion for inclusive, student-centered instruction
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in a resource room setting preferred, but not required—new graduates are welcome and will be supported with mentoring
