Pay range: $28 - $40

• Provide accurate and timely phone support.
• Set up, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites.
• Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor, and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database.
• Input interactions with customers, sales, etc., into the CRM database in a clear and concise format.
• Maintain an organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer sites.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when equipment use is needed.

• Perform at a high level on the Komax objectives program.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as stated in the quality system documentation manual, safety manual, and employee handbook.
• Relocation is not provided.

• Certificate in electronics or related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with skills in training, installing, and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment.

• Bilingual (Spanish), preferred.
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
• General personal computer knowledge, ERP experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing units to ensure work is accurate and complete.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, bending.
• Frequent travel 50-75% (most travel involves overnight stays).
• Valid passport.

Customer service experience preferred.
