Nevco Sports, LLC, the world’s leading supplier of integrated display and scoring systems, is looking for a talented Sports Video Service Technician. • Commission and train for all Nevco equipment
• Terminate fiber optics and other low‑voltage cabling
• Serve as an escalation point for unresolved issues on‑site and complex troubleshooting scenarios
• Self‑learning product knowledge to become an in‑house technical expert on software and electronic systems
• Assist in developing technical documentation and training resources
• Program and configure advanced systems and video displays
• Provide feedback of trending issues to engineering and product installation teams
• Handle all travel coordination

• 3+ years of technical support experience, preferably in electronics or related fields
• Strong discipline and problem‑solving skills with ability to troubleshoot across systems and applications
• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic systems and LED components both on‑site and remotely
• Patience and tactfulness to collaborate with customers that are experiencing problems and may be upset or in stressful situations, with emphasis on simplifying and enhancing customer experience
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is a must
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Must be able to operate lift equipment at elevation (certification is a plus)
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to work safely in varying weather conditions to troubleshoot and repair on‑site video/scoreboard.
