EHS Associate Coordinator

Join the Brand Safway team as an EHS Associate Coordinator.

Site Safety Technician will be responsible for implementing safety, health, and environmental programs at an assigned jobsite. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Participate in daily toolbox talk.
• Communicate trends and incidents.
• Support development of JSP for high‑risk activities.
• Review and assess all active jobs and coach as needed.
• Complete daily step card, selecting different crews if available.
• Complete daily 2 SOS, selecting different crews if available.
• Complete 2 good catch/near miss cards and submit daily.
• Attend daily close meeting.
• Be knowledgeable on RCRA hazardous waste regulations and IATA.
• Be knowledgeable on machine tool operation and guarding.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses at the job site; assist Area EHS Manager to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to jobsite EHS activities, including inspections, training, incident reports.
• Complete Certified Safe Leader training within 3 months of hire.
• Complete Certified Facilitator training.
• Facilitate and participate in emergency response planning and drills.

• OSHA 30 construction certification or greater; HSA Certification or greater.
• 3+ years of construction experience or a combination of an industry certification and practical experience.
• 1st Aid/CPR and AED trained.
