Job Overview
Create new and revise existing detail part drawings, sub‑assemblies, final assemblies, and provide required CAD support for specification documents. Specialize in producing 3‑D engineering drawings for parts, sub‑assemblies, and final assemblies.

• Create, revise, and maintain 2‑D and 3‑D detailed drawings of components and bushing assemblies per request.
• Plan arrangement of appropriate views, sections, and details to best describe part geometry.
• Dimension and tolerate part drawings that may include complex details.
• Verify completed drawings against input requirements before submittal to engineers.
• Create, revise, and maintain Bills of Materials in SAP.
• Process and complete engineering changes in a timely fashion.
• Execute revisions on detail, assembly, and customer drawings, or engineering specification documents and maintain the documents.
• Participate in other associated engineering activities.
• Interact with other departments to support customers and operations; work in the factory occasionally and visit local vendors as needed.

• Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology.
• Proficiency in 2‑D and 3‑D CAD packages, including AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works, or other CAD software.
• Demonstration of existing 2‑D and 3‑D engineering/technical work is required.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and be a self‑starter.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Associate degree required; relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Understanding of SAP functions, particularly Material Master and BOM.

Salary range: $53,800 – $67,300 per year. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. This position also includes a competitive benefits package.
