This part‑time role is part of GHD’s Contamination Assessment and Remediation team, focusing on RCRA and TSCA program support. The specialist will support multidisciplinary teams in evaluating, strategizing, and solving risk‑based environmental challenges, while providing technical leadership, proposal support, and staff mentoring.

• Act as subject‑matter expert on RCRA and TSCA policy, regulation, and EPA processes.
• Contribute to the creation of reporting strategies, identifying complex patterns and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor performance against health, safety, and environment (HSE) KPIs and address non‑compliance with HSE policies.
• Identify and evaluate complex solutions against criteria to achieve optimal business outcomes.

• 15+ years of professional experience in contaminated sites investigation and remediation, with a focus on RCRA and TSCA programs.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with industrial sites.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
