Job Title: Senior Research Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative senior research engineer to join our team in Mossville. In this role, you will lead the research, design, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems, products, and tools. You will also support customer-facing dashboards, resolve data quality issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research, design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, engines, and tools.
• Analyze design proposals and engineering specifications for feasibility, cost, and time estimates.
• Diagnose equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for machinery installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Collaborate with drafters and design teams using CAD and other engineering tools.
• Create and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and reports.
• Define and implement engineering standards, processes, and documentation.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and gather feedback to improve dashboard solutions and data accuracy.
• Document requirements and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Apply creativity and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities.
• Utilize advanced skills in blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, and CAD tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (required).
• At least 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and data analysis platforms.
