Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Senior Lead Voice Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure, including CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCE, UCCX, and SBCs, across campus IT networks. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of VoIP/UC experience, CCNA Voice/CCNP Collaboration, ITIL, and a strong command of QoS, SIP, and packet analysis using Wireshark and Solar Winds.
