WSP is seeking an experienced professional to leading our Systemwide Design Corridor Management (DCM) team in Lisle, Illinois. In this role, you will assist with project coordination, documentation, and communication efforts across Systemwide design initiatives.

Your Impact Maintain and develop programs to support Illinois Tollway assets

Develop and manage scope for Systemwide design projects

Coordinate, prepare, and issue design scoping memorandums

Track project budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables

Participate in client and multidisciplinary team meetings

Monitor project schedules and budgets

Conduct and participate in design reviews for Systemwide contracts

Support Tollway Project Managers and Design Section Engineers (DSEs)

Who You Are

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois
10+ years of experience leading transportation infrastructure projects for the Illinois Tollway and IDOTAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Micro Station, AutoCAD, GEOPAK, InRoads, and Open Roads Experience  using Trimble Unity Construct Familiarity with AASHTO, Illinois Tollway, and IDOT standards and criteriaWSP Benefits:

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $120,000 - $160,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
