Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

At least 7 years of experience in electrical or optical module design and development, including demonstrated technical leadership.

Strong analog circuit-design skills and a solid understanding of circuit theory, linear systems, feedback, integrated circuits, and high-speed signaling fundamentals.

Demonstrated ability to develop engineering solutions involving signal integrity, power integrity, noise, thermal performance, and electromagnetic  knowledge of printed circuit board materials, fabrication processes, assembly processes, and board-level design cycles.

Strong laboratory measurement, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis skills.

Experience developing electronic products in a cross-functional environment.

Ability to plan complex assignments, manage technical risk, solve problems systematically, and communicate clearly with global stakeholders.

What Will Put You Ahead Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.

Design experience with high-speed, high-density connectors, cable assemblies, pluggable modules, or interconnect products.

Experience with active cable architectures, retimers, gearboxes, linear redrivers, or related high-speed ASICs.RF or electromagnetic modeling experience using tools such as CST Studio Suite or Ansys HFSS.

Experience with electronic CAD tools and electronic-system modeling.

Understanding of microprocessors, embedded systems, and real-time-control firmware.

Practical knowledge of Six Sigma and product-development tools, including design of experiments (DOE) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).Experience applying project-management methods to deliver technical work against…
