Loaner Car Coordinator

Castle Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Naperville is seeking a Loaner Car Coordinator to become a valuable addition to our team.

As the Loaner Car Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing appointments and coordinating loaner car services for our valued customers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

• Managing the administration of loaner vehicles provided to customers.
• Overseeing the flow and organization of our loaner fleet efficiently.
• Completing all necessary paperwork, explaining loaner policies and procedures, and obtaining customer approvals when needed.
• Locating loan cars promptly for clients as requested.
• Assisting customers with vehicle drop‑off and pick‑up in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Entering loan car data, license, and insurance information into the system accurately to create contracts or loan car agreements.
• Preparing loan car reports and monitoring the whereabouts and turnover time of loan car vehicles daily.
• Keeping the client database updated as required.
• Contacting vendors, such as "Enterprise," when additional cars are needed for loan purposes.
• Checking in returned cars, inspecting for damage, securing mileage data, and closing agreements efficiently.
• Coordinating repairs for damaged or malfunctioning cars promptly.
• Monitoring mileage and scheduling maintenance for loan car vehicles at required intervals.
• Ensuring that loaned cars are clean and in good condition before delivery to clients.
• Providing prompt and courteous assistance to service customers when needed.
• Maintaining
  
  CSI at or above the Company's standards.

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Previous automotive experience in this role or similar is preferred
• Self‑starter mentality and an ambitious spirit
• Ready to waste no time learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Loaner Car Coordinator: $16 - $18 per hour

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
