Permanent Direct Hire Full Time

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cost accounting and AP functions at the plant level, providing full administrative support to the Plant Controller and Director of Operations and/or staff managers.

Key responsibilities include:

• General ledger accounting
• Accounts receivable
• Tooling accounting
• Financial statement preparation
• Budgeting and forecasting for the Marshall operation
• Creating budget for finance department
• Developing and reviewing department budgets with department and staff managers
• Assisting in creation of Operating Plan (OP) and Long Range Plan (LRP)
• Cost and quoting new business
• Financial analysis of capital expenditures
• Keeping abreast of company standard practice instruction (SPI) changes
• Creating month-end reports
• Maintaining Sarbanes Oxley compliance
• Supervising the functions of:
  Accounts Receivable, Project Systems, Financial Reporting
• Responsible for the accounts payable (AP) function
• Overseeing analysis of inventory transactions and reporting the impact on the plant’s P&L to management
• Establishing policies and procedures for cost accounting
• Managing the cycle count process on the manufacturing floor
• Overseeing the annual physical inventory
• Troubleshooting Accounts Payable problems
• Complying with and supporting the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS/BA with a concentration in Accounting
• 5 years of experience
• SAP FI-CO and Query experience
• U.S. Citizens / Green Card Holder
