We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Loan Center Representative.

We are seeking a Loan Center Representative to assist consumer loan applicants with their applications submitted online and by telephone. Provides clerical and administrative support to process and close member loans via Docu Sign.

• Maintain online and telephone loan applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contact applicants as needed for various matters including loan decisions.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  High School Internships also available
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
• Part Time Employees have a 20-25 hour work week within the hours listed above.

Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
