  • Create clear, compelling reports and presentations for Commercial, Finance and leadership reviews (including P&L roll-forwards, risks and opportunities, PPD benchmarking, and sales results and forecasts), in line with legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Turn data into insights on trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend strategies that strengthen business performance.
  • Set sales force targets with Incentive Compensation, and prepare royalty forecasts and reporting with the Corporate team.
  • Partner with Global Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP to align supply and demand forecasts and optimize inventory, E&O and cash flow.
  • Serve as the US Migraine finance liaison to Gross-to-Net, Pricing, APEX, Market Access, PCS, Incentive Compensation and Operations, and stay current on market and competitor developments.
  • Support the Finance Director with ad hoc analysis, strategic projects, corporate initiatives, and earnings-call and external reporting.
  • Champion continuous improvement by using AI, automation, machine learning and advanced analytics, including dashboards, to improve efficiency, accuracy and controls across forecasting, budgeting, close, reporting, expense management, reconciliations, variance analysis and data quality.
