Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an enterprise-minded Chief Financial Officer to join a very stable, disciplined, privately held bank group in the Great Lakes Region. This position is due to an upcoming retirement. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this is a rare opportunity to step into a position of strength at a disciplined, Multi Billion dollar asset institution. You won't just be managing the books;

you will be the primary architect of balance sheet strategy, M&A evaluation, and capital allocation. The ideal candidate should have 20?30 years of progressive financial leadership experience within banking or financial services.

Experience with in a publicly traded institution, including SEC reporting and institutional investor engagement, is strongly preferred.
