The Joint Exercise Planner / Program Analyst supports planning, coordination, and execution of USTRANSCOM, Joint Staff, and CCMD exercises across CPXs, FTXs, and MCC-CPXs in accordance with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).

Support

Hours:

Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

• Support JEPG and JECG planning and execution.
• Assist PMs with exercise planning, logistics, and execution.
• Support ExRC operations and exercise control.
• Coordinate training objectives, scenarios, and MSELs.
• Maintain exercise knowledge management systems.
• Support AAR development and JTT closeout.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6-8 years of joint exercise planning experience.
• Familiarity with CPX, FTX, and MCC-CPX environments.
• Experience supporting CCMD or Joint Staff exercises.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
