Enhance Rehabilitation is now hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for successful operations of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered efficiently while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor)
• Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers
• Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered, adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance
• Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes
• Handle hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor
• Provide excellent customer service to the location team, produce reports, and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families
