Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Compensation: $17.25 per hour

4K Bonus for 18‑month commitment for full‑time EMTs

We’re hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) who will respond to emergency and non‑emergency medical requests and deliver high‑quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

• Provide patient assessment, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑stocked environment for patients.
• Use EMT skills to provide care, including communication, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment, and tools.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws related to emergency medical response vehicles.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State EMT license.
• State driver’s license.
• BLS, NREMT certification.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass physical agility test.
• Some work experience, preferably healthcare.

• Related experience in healthcare.
