Home Care Aides starting wage is $18/HR plus travel reimbursement.

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands

• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Two references (one professional, one personal)

Eligible employees and their dependents are offered health insurance coverage, including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits, through the SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund. Employees may enroll in an employer‑sponsored retirement plan after six months of service. Accrued paid time off up to 75 hours per year (based on tenure) and paid holidays are provided for employees who have worked at least one year and a minimum of 30 hours per week.
