Shift Times: 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM-6:30 AM.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.

• Provide Direct Resident Care – Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor & Report Changes – Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to nurses.
• Ensure Comfort & Safety – Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Eng with Residents – Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Follow Care Plans – Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.

• Active CNA Certification (State-approved).
• Compassionate & Patient-Focused Mindset.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
• Previous Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Experience (Preferred, but not required).
