Overview
This is a PRN position with no regular hours and you will be asked to work to help cover vacation and illness. Fill orders with accuracy; check technician prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Manager about the daily activities of the pharmacy;
aid the Manager in maintaining the pharmacy.
Certifications:
Licensed Pharmacist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
Education:
Bachelor s Degree (Required).
Enters all patient demographic information, correct charge descriptions, correct medication including description, strength, route, expiration date and start/stop dates. Posts debits/credits accurately. Enters metric dosage. Maintains order entry error rate
