Weekdays, Day Hours, Per Diem / PRN
Compensation: $25.00–$32.00 per hour

We are seeking a licensed COTA to provide quality patient care. This is a per diem or PRN schedule with no set hours. Coverage requested weekdays. We treat a diverse caseload of general ortho, neuro, sports, industrial and hand therapy conditions.

• Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
• Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies.
• Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients' functional abilities and skills.

• Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program.
• State COTA license (or license eligible).
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver's license.
