Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinician to join our inaugural team in Naperville, Illinois. This role is embedded within our integrative primary care model, partnering closely with pediatricians and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered behavioral health care.

• Clinical Assessment & Care:
  Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
• Patient Population:
  Provide care primarily to patients ages 12 and under, with flexibility to support adolescent patients

  Support emotional development and resilience through early identification and evidence-based interventions

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
• Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT in Illinois
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services to pediatric patients ages 0-12 in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health
