Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Location: Hinsdale

UChicago Medicine Advent Health Heart & Vascular has a new opportunity to their growing group for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team in the western Chicago Suburbs. We have a great team come join us!

• 1-3 years of APP experience in Cardiology, preferred
• Outpatient clinic Monday Friday (no Saturday clinic)
• Inpatient rounding;
  Hinsdale, La Grange and Bolingbrook
• No weekday or weekend call requirement
• Spanish or Polish speaking, preferred
• Excellent benefits, PTO, retirement plans, etc.
• Annual Salary: $108 $ 118K

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
