Salary
Base pay: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Franciscan Ministries range: TBD based on skills and experience.
OverviewPosition Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining adequate nursing staff for the community.
- Oversee clinical staffing needs for the community.
- Coordinate, monitor, and adjust schedules for the clinical department.
- Assist in onboarding of associates.
- Stay well informed of staffing needs as census increases or decreases.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and expected to work the floor as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Education
:
High School Diploma/GED
Licenses/Certifications
:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
Experience
: 1+ years of experience in long term care
Skills & Abilities
- Strong listening skills and ability to deal with conflict with professionalism and courtesy
- Positive interpersonal relationship skills, including with persons of all ages and cultures
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of the team
- Proficient with computers and data entry
