Are you ready to make a difference in patient care? At Memorial Health, we are looking for a dedicated CT Technologist to perform CT and radiographic examinations under the supervision of our skilled radiologists. Your role will be crucial in ensuring patient safety, delivering high-quality images, and adhering to protocols for all age groups.

• Conduct routine radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in line with department policies.
• Maintain accurate patient examination history files and enter data into McKesson and PACS systems.
• Consult with supervisors, radiologists, or ordering physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize proper positioning and technique factors to safely image human anatomy.
• Follow safety precautions and report any hazardous conditions promptly.
• Perform visual preventative safety inspections and provide radiation protection for patients and staff.
• Participate in clinical instruction and evaluation of student technologists.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring appropriate supply levels.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with professionalism and respect, demonstrating age-specific competency.
• Assist with office procedures in the absence of clerical support personnel.
• Embrace flexibility with rotating schedules as needed.

• Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiological Technology.
• Licensure/Certification: ARRT registration with Illinois State License and CPR certification.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in making precise movements and arranging tasks according to specific rules.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in diagnostic radiology.

This is a Full-Time position with a Mid Shift schedule from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM , including rotating weekends. Your commitment to patient care will be at the heart of our operations.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $25.72 to $39.86 per hour , based on your experience and qualifications.
