GME Program Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates educational activities (e.g., didactic conference schedule, Grand Rounds, etc.) that support the Fellowship Program’s curriculum and adhere to ACGME requirements.

Provides guidance to residents/fellows on program and GME policies, and non-clinical aspects of the program. Coordinates creation, dissemination and monitoring of annual Fellowship rotation, clinic and call schedules; updates schedules periodically to maintain accuracy. Assists with same for the IM Residency Coordinates creation, dissemination and monitoring of resident/fellow, faculty, and program evaluations. Coordinates and/or supports accreditation activities - ACGME Site Visits, Internal Reviews, annual program reviews, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Experience working in a Graduate Medical Education environment preferred.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURETAGME Certification Preferred ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.

Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
