Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Full-Time | $90,000-$100,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities
A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and oversight of facility operations, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Direct day-to-day facility operations
- Lead department managers and promote effective teamwork
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Monitor quality measures, resident satisfaction, and survey readiness
- Oversee staffing, financial performance, and operational goals
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Active LNHA license required
- Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
- Understanding of skilled nursing regulations and operations
- $90,000-$100,000 per year
- Up to $10,000 in bonus opportunities
