Marshall Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on, resident-centered occupational therapy at a leading skilled nursing facility.
You will work under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to guide residents in rebuilding skills for ADLs, using adaptive equipment, cognitive strategies, and compensatory techniques to enhance function, safety, and confidence in daily living activities.
