About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a brand-new Nuvem Rx pharmacy embedded within a community health center in Galena, IL, a charming, historic town in the heart of northwest Illinois. You won’t be stepping into a pre-built routine; you’ll be building something meaningful from the ground up.

As Pharmacist-in-Charge and Pharmacy Manager, you will serve as the clinical and operational leader of this site, partnering directly with health center providers, managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, and serving as a trusted member of the patient care team. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the patient experience and grow the pharmacy’s impact within the community. This role reports to Nuvem Rx Pharmacy leadership and works in close partnership with our health center client and its clinical staff.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (closed for lunch 12:30–1:00 PM). No nights. No weekends. Closed most federal holidays. On-site parking available.
