Front Desk / Ophthalmic Technician Marion Eye Centers – Eldorado Full-Time | On-Site About the Role Marion Eye Centers is seeking a dependable and patient-focused team member to support both front desk operations and clinical care. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities Greet patients, check them in/out, and schedule appointments

Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments

Answer phones and assist with general office tasks

Obtain patient histories and prepare patients for exams

Perform basic eye testing (training provided)
Assist doctors with exams and procedures

Maintain accurate records and support patient flow

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Medical or ophthalmic experience preferred (not required)
Willingness to learn clinical skills
