Renewal Rehab seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. This onsite role involves evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.
