Nephrology NP​/PA: Inpatient & Ambulatory Rounds

Advocate Health's Oswego Nephrology team seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a four-physician practice. The APP will provide care across inpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings, ensuring continuity of care and supporting daily rounds.

The role includes two half-day ambulatory clinics per week at Oswego, with additional hospital rounding across Rush Copley Medical Center and other sites, mastering treatment plans, labs review, and patient education.
