THIS IS A FULL TIME DAY SHIFTCARE PARTNER POSITION, must be willing to work
12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm, including every other weekend. Join us on our mission to create a senior living revolution where compassion meets innovation!

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene
• Lead and participate in meaningful activities to bring fun and joy to our residents
• Obtain food handlers permit (as required by state regulations) and help serve meals
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, vendors and the general public
• Come to each scheduled shift with a positive attitude and ready to work
• Assist with general housekeeping duties and laundry as needed
• Must have kindness and compassion for and desire to work with the elderly

• You will bring a willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• You will need tobe able to pass a fingerprint criminal background check, and meet health requirements including a physical exam & TB test
• You will bring the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
• You will bring great work ethic with attendance being a high priority.
