Explorus is seeking a Banquet Supervisor for Starved Rock Lodge in Illinois. This full-time role oversees banquet events, leads Housepersons, Servers and Bartenders, and ensures service quality and safety standards are met in a scenic state park setting.
Ideal candidates have two years in a supervisory hospitality role, licensure in Illinois sanitation, allergen awareness, and BASSET, plus the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $18–$20 per hour.
