General Manager - Hilton Garden Inn Midway

Job Purpose:

- The General Manager at Endeavor Hotels is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience while achieving profitability and maintaining the highest standards of service. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in hospitality and business management to drive operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all departments.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to achieve business goals.

- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a secure and safe environment for guests and employees.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

- Implement and manage projects to improve operational processes and enhance the overall guest experience.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including owners, corporate office, and other departments, to align on strategic objectives and operational goals.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Uphold the brand standards of Endeavor Hotels, ensuring a consistent and memorable guest experience.

Required

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Preferred Education:

- Advanced degree in Hospitality or Business Management

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record of managing hotel operations or similar establishments
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team

Preferred Experience:

- 5+ years in the hospitality industry
- Experience working in a large-scale hotel or resort environment
- Familiarity with international hospitality standards and practices
