This role acts as a facilitator to make the recruiting process smooth and welcoming for candidates and hiring managers. You will gain hands-on experience with talent acquisition and HR processes, using your language skills and exposure to various internal processes. If you connect well with people and enjoy linking strong talent with opportunities, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for applicants, answering questions, providing updates, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to coordinate and conduct interviews in English and Spanish.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple recruiting platforms (e.g., Linked In, Indeed).
- Translate candidate-facing materials and internal communications to support Spanish-speaking employees.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, orientation, and documentation.
- Answer questions related to benefits, payroll, and professional development to make employees feel welcome and supported.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) by updating candidate records, scheduling interviews, and tracking progress.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar recruiting or HR coordinating role.
- Experience with ATS like Workday or ADP is preferred.
$28.00/hr - $36.00/hr
