Healthcare Recruiter

ZRG Embedded/RPO is seeking to add a skilled healthcare recruiter to join our team for a contract opportunity in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting healthcare professionals across various specialties.

This role will focus on an Operations Coordinator in various OR locations: This role will provide operational support to clinics to achieve their goals, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, telephonic outreach to patients for education and engagement on preventative screenings, medication adherence, and follow-up with primary care providers.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals across multiple specialties
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Stay up-to-date with latest healthcare industry trends and hiring practices
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and recruiting trends
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
