Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of HR practices and processes within the organization.
Responsibilities- Assist with all processes from recruiting, new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment and orientations, employee engagement, retention, through employee departure.
- Assist with Employee Relations and communication or administration of new policies or handbook revisions.
- Design and deliver staff training programs, including safety and customer service training.
- Review and update job descriptions while coordinating annual performance goals, monitoring metrics, and participating in all performance-related discussions and reviews.
- Strengthen employee culture and drive employee engagement to focus on teamwork and methods to improve processes that result in increased productivity and efficiency.
- Revise and/or record all job descriptions, reviews, internal collaborative training committees, and approve/monitor outside approved schooling and training.
- Project manage roadmap tasks with weekly updates of progress/accountability, including the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Assist leadership with planning all company meetings and events.
- Track PTO for employees and maintain a shared office calendar.
- Coordinate Safety/OSHA documentation, compliance, and tracking.
- Gain understanding of our product lines and staffing needs.
- Updated handbook with revised/approved policies and employee sign‑off.
- Documented performance metrics/goals for employees.
- 3+ years prior HR experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing and able to work onsite in our Barrington location, full‑time.
- Persuasive communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Great at building relationships and engaging others to foster teamwork.
- Be an effective change agent, yet approachable and friendly.
- Organizational Development experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on diverse HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and compliance.
- Proficiency in organization design principles and implementation.

Job Details- Job Type: Full‑time
- Pay: $60,000–70,000 per year
