We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on recruiting salaried employees for a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting a range of functional areas including engineering, operations, management, and corporate roles.

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long-term talent goals
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process
• Build and maintain pipelines of top talent for key roles, leveraging internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry
• Stay up to date on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition
• Track and report recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process enhancements
• Participate in campus recruiting programs, industry events, and professional associations to identify potential candidates
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring

• Experience recruiting for engineering, operations, or technical roles in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development
• Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies

• Typical pay range: $95k – $120k annually (based on skills, experience, and qualifications)
