Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Recruiter to join Edify Technologies Talent Acquisition team. This position demands excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the IT hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards (e.g., Dice, Linked In, Indeed) and other relevant channels.
  • Review job descriptions, understand technical requirements, and match candidates based on experience and skill sets.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical proficiency and communication skills.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
  • Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high‑quality candidate submissions.
  • Working knowledge on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ceipal or similar, ensuring compliance with internal recruiting processes.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in US IT Recruitment, with a proven ability to identify and engage top‑tier tech talent.
  • Strong understanding of IT latest technologies and tools skill sets such as Java, .NET, Dev Ops, Cloud, QA, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, PM, BA, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms including CEIPAL, Dice, Linked In Recruiter, and Indeed.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI‑driven insights to optimize candidate matching, predict hiring success, and reduce time‑to‑fill through intelligent screening and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft targeted outreach and build strong candidate relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
