Position Title: Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our staffing team in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in available positions while providing an excellent candidate experience and supporting our clients' staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple job openings while meeting recruitment goals.

• Recruit candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, production, and other assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other recruitment channels.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, and onboarding appointments.
• Explain job duties, schedules, pay rates, work locations, and attendance expectations accurately.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant information in the company's recruiting system.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with account managers, HR staff, and client representatives regarding staffing needs.
• Support recruitment events and high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Help ensure required hiring documents are completed and processed according to company procedures.
• Protect confidential candidate and employee information.
• Meet established recruiting, placement, and follow-up goals.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, including strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize urgent hiring needs.
• Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and online recruiting tools.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in a staffing agency.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing, warehouse, or production workers.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and candidate sourcing through social media.

• Qualified candidates sourced and interviewed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish — required.
