Technical Research Analyst

We are looking for Technical Research Analysts — fresh M.Tech graduates as well as professionals with 3–5 years of research/industry experience — to join our research team and contribute to building the future of decentralized ecosystems.

• Conduct in-depth research on Blockchain, Web3, NFTs, DeFi, AI, Metaverse, and other emerging technologies.
• Explore technical architectures, consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, and smart contracts to assess feasibility and innovation potential.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory changes in fintech and blockchain ecosystems.
• Prepare whitepapers, research reports, case studies, and technical documentation to support internal innovation and client needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to validate and apply research findings.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales/business development teams with research inputs, proposals, and client presentations.

• Educational Background:
• M.Tech / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Data Science, or related fields (final year or recent graduates can apply).
• OR Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in technology research, blockchain, or emerging technologies.
• Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, Polygon, etc.),
  smart contracts
  , and decentralized networks.
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, DeFi protocols, NFTs, and AI/ML applications
  .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  , with a passion for deep technical research.
• Strong writing and documentation skills (ability to draft whitepapers, reports, and technical blogs).
• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in Python, R, SQL, or MATLAB for data modeling and analysis.
• Exposure to academic or industry research projects in blockchain, fintech, AI, or distributed systems.
• Contributions to research publications, open-source projects, or tech blogs

• Interest in regulatory and compliance aspects of blockchain/cryptocurrencies.
