As a Customer Success Data Analytics Manager, you will lead all phases of data analysis for all Customer Success analytical needs. The work includes responsibility for designing, ideating, planning and directly working with business stakeholders to collect and analyze information in enterprise technologies including ERP, CRM & Operations.

You will perform hands-on advanced data analysis involving business intelligence and advanced analytics products as well as other Gen-AI analytics, machine learning, and visualization tools. You will work on developing software to support reusable analysis techniques and tools to routinely apply in support of the Company’s Customer Success and Services initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to impact business outcomes, driving prescriptive insights, actionable and proactive recommendations to empower our internal teams and increase our customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the designing, coding, implementing, and continuously improving data pipelines, predictive and prescriptive analytical models to help design solutions for application suite.
  • Networking with internal and external stakeholders and product experts, conducting technical meetings to ensure complete coverage of problem and data gathering.
  • Analyzing insights, implications and communicating findings to business users (internally and externally) using visually compelling visualizations to identify usage trends, customer behavior and potential churn risks.
  • Oversee the application of cloud data warehouse technologies for analysis of large datasets, on tools like Vertex AI, Python, Power BI, Data Bricks.
  • Oversee the performing accurate and thorough data scrubbing and loading processes; ensuring data integrity and defining and developing required ELT scripts, queries, and reports.
  • Developing complex SQL queries, conducting data analysis on new and existing data sources, and providing recommendations to improve data quality and related efficiencies.
  • Oversee and may assist with developing, running, and evaluating data science and predictive analytics models for detection and analysis of patterns and trends in very large datasets.
  • Lead the testing and verification of analytics created to ensure consistent accurate results.
  • Provide training to customers on the uses of analytics reporting tools and applications.
  • Manage team of individuals to include recruiting, onboarding, allocation of workload and career development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with emphasis on analytics, data science, or business analytics.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience and proficiency in data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with basic statistical methods.
  • Experienced people leader.
  • Advanced skill in analytics tools, database technologies, and SQL is required.
  • Prior experience with business intelligence (Power BI).
  • Ability to develop advanced analytic data models.
  • Ability to contribute to the design and development of data pipelines and data warehouses to support the analysis of large-scale data volumes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of data is required.
  • Experience using cloud data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake, etc.).
