If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:
* Manage partner relationships and develop growth initiatives while maintaining a budget. Maintain Partner Service Levels and service delivery metrics.
* Manage metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction and reporting statistical performance levels related to the Contact Center.
* Demonstrate good knowledge of KYC processes, ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and deliver cost-savings solutions ensuring that targets are met
* Review all invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy of charges and aligned with contract terms including bonuses and penalties
* Measures, reports and evaluates vendor performance

We’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree holder of any course with relevant experience
* 3-5 years of experience in operations, process management.
* Drive for operations excellence, process improvement and resiliency to manage multiple initiatives.
* Ability to create client ready presentations and drive related structuring and research independently, can take lead in structuring analysis with some guidance.
