Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract: 1 Year (with potential for extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: $55–$58/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization's Digital Lab. This role will focus on the execution, optimization, and performance management of CRM campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, compliant, and effective CRM/email marketing campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day management of medium to high complexity CRM/email campaigns
- Coordinate internal teams and agency partners to execute flawless campaigns
- Develop project timelines, campaign briefs, and weekly status reports
- Track campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Optimize ongoing campaigns based on data analysis and strategic goals
- Ensure alignment with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes
- Document change requests, risks, and resource needs
- Partner with marketing, analytics, and operations teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of campaign operations and reporting processes
Required
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of CRM, email marketing, or 1:1 marketing experience (preferably in pharma or healthcare)
- Strong project management background; tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive optimization strategies
- Exceptional client service and communication skills—comfortable in a client-facing role
- Understanding of MLR processes; experience with Veeva Promo Mats is a plus
- Background in agency environment or cross-functional team settings is beneficial
- Power BI or campaign dashboard reporting knowledge is a plus
