We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager for a prominent clientofours.

Job Title: HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager
Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract: 1 Year (with potential for extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: $55–$58/hr

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization's Digital Lab. This role will focus on the execution, optimization, and performance management of CRM campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, compliant, and effective CRM/email marketing campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day management of medium to high complexity CRM/email campaigns
  • Coordinate internal teams and agency partners to execute flawless campaigns
  • Develop project timelines, campaign briefs, and weekly status reports
  • Track campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns based on data analysis and strategic goals
  • Ensure alignment with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes
  • Document change requests, risks, and resource needs
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and operations teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement of campaign operations and reporting processes

Required

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of CRM, email marketing, or 1:1 marketing experience (preferably in pharma or healthcare)
  • Strong project management background; tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to analyze performance data and derive optimization strategies
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills—comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Understanding of MLR processes; experience with Veeva Promo Mats is a plus
  • Background in agency environment or cross-functional team settings is beneficial
  • Power BI or campaign dashboard reporting knowledge is a plus
