Job OverviewThe Exercise Assessment Analyst / Data Analyst provides analytical, statistical, and modeling support for USTRANSCOM exercise assessments and reporting, delivering decision-level insights to senior leadership.
Support HoursApplicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Analyze exercise data using JTT, ADVANA, MSS, and C2IE.
- Develop TPAs, MTAs, AAR inputs, and assessment reports.
- Support JTEEP Annuals, AJA, EC, and campaign plan reporting.
- Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling.
- Coordinate data collection with AMC, MSC, SDDC, JECC, and CCMDs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, operations research, or related field.
- 6+ years of DoD exercise assessment or data analysis experience.
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
- Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
