• Possess Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology that is recognised by the Government from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
• At least one (1) year working experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and meticulous personality.
• Adaptive, innovative independent and self‑motivated with possessing good problem‑solving skills.
• Possess high level of integrity.
• Ability to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
• Knowledge of Database Design and Data Integration.
• Experience in MySQL/Maria
  
  DB and Postgre
  
  SQL is an added advantage.
• Experience in web application development and system integration.
• Proficient with PHP, PHP Framework such as Laravel and Yii, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PERL, or Python.
• Experience or knowledge in front‑end web applications of integration with back‑end services through AJAX, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Familiar with version control tools such as GIT or SVN.
• Understand standard software development methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems, especially Windows and Linux, is an added advantage.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or open‑source BI platforms) or data visualisation techniques is beneficial.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Shell scripting) for automation or data processing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Word Press or any similar open‑source content management system.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Good knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.

• Credits (at least
  
  C) for Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
• At least Band 3 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
